Fantastic
battlefield or we can come to you
Challenging
missions to suit "beginners" to the
most hard core players
We use the latest technology infra-red,
with custom built
units.
Players shoot an invisible and harmless infrared beam,
similar to the ones used in your TV-remote control. Your sensor
detects when you have been
hit. It's
entirely safe.
We are mobile.
We can either come to you or you can play at one of our
multiple locations around Adelaide.
We don't use paintball markers, we have high-tech laser
skirmish guns. This gives us great flexibility so our
games are always exciting and challenging.

COMBAT, STRATEGY AND
EXERCISE
Tom and Nick have been fitted with army shirts, a hat with sensors
and their choice of weapon, the pulse assault rifle. Teams chosen,
the campaign brief has been delivered. Now it is time to eliminate
the approaching enemy.
They run up the hill, weave through trees, trying to find a good
sniper position. The gun flashes ‘Ouch’, someone’s been hit and now
must find a safe place to recover.
This is the game of outdoor laser skirmish, the only one of its kind
in South Australia and the 11-year old twins absolutely love it.
“It’s the best thing we have done in a long time,” Tom Eckert said.
“We are definitely going to follow it up in the future,” Nick said,
hoping to join Chris Papps’ team of staff once they’re old enough.
“It’s something you don’t get bored of because it’s so different all
the time,” Tom said.
“It’s much more realistic than indoor skirmish, you have more
freedom of movement and don’t have to wear bulky armour,” said Nick.
Chris Papps opened outdoor laser skirmish in September 2003 and
has received fantastic feedback. Even parents support the game.
“It’s great exercise and the kids have to develop strategies,”
Michelle Eckert said.
“It teaches them self control and is a really fun day out.”
Outdoor laser skirmish can be played by anyone from 5-99 years old.
Chris’ daughter WolfCub (5) often takes on his father ‘Sir’(54).
Players wear hats with sensors attached and can choose from four
different guns with varying ranges and accuracy. There are many
missions to choose from including Nick’s favourite, Capture The Flag
and Tom’s favourite Necromancer.
Outdoor laser skirmish is a great team building activity for sports
teams or corporate groups and is fun and safe option for birthday
parties or special occasions.
