July Fast & Furious Clan War
As a result, 'The Initiative' went straight through to the finals, while 'Swift, Silent and Deadly' and 'The Rejects' played a Knock out match. 'Swift, Silent and Deadly' managed to knock out 'The Rejects' with a flawless victory!
'The Initiative'                                30        20/50            70/120

'Swift, Silent and Deadly'                70        80/150          30/180

Great final! If The Initiative had taken all 100 pts it would have been a draw, then into yet another knock out match! Very exciting stuff! Also, with the next clan war, I will like to take deposits or prepaid amounts from competing teams to reduce the amount of teams who do not turn up, as three more teams were originally expected.

April Fast & Furious Clan War

The first ever inflatables clan war was a huge success. We had 6 teams compete, including an inter-city team from Sunshine Coast. Also check out the video clip playing Bulldog (above left). We ran a series of short sharp missions no longer than a few minutes each (similar to a paintball tournament). But they were intense!
The energy boosted by the cheering of the crowd. There were 10 prelim rounds, followed by semi and then the finals. The finals came down to a tough fire fight between wgn and SSD. We have lots of interest for our next Tournament with a new Pathfinders team (made up of tournament grade paintball players and a Cairns team).

First 2005 Clan War Summary
The end of year tournament was a thrill a minute. With are new speed/skirmish format. Each round as between 9 and 15 minutes, ensuring action straight up. Seven clans played, including reserves we had 37 entrants. This was our first international tourney with one clan from London's Laser Mission. Laser-Skirmish Samford fielded a team, who in the end came third. The ol' favorites SOCOM from the Gold Coast also competed, along with some oldies in the "Gun Runners". [They ended up forth.] But the points race was won by far by the Workshop Goers.

Socom and the Workshop Goers vied off in the final round in the fading light. The Goers were pipped at the post by Socom for the prizes when in the fog of war the referees commands ended up being faulty intel.
